High durability anchor using epoxy coated and filled strand!

The "EHD Anchor" uses a durable tensile material, a bonded ECF strand filled with epoxy resin between each wire of PC steel strands, in accordance with civil engineering guidelines. Despite its simple structure, it enhances water tightness and achieves high durability. EHD stands for Epoxy High Durable. This anchoring method employs strands coated with epoxy resin, which has strong corrosion resistance, and embeds fine-grained silica sand on the surface to improve adhesion with grout. The boundary parts at the joints of the sheath are constructed robustly, allowing for long-term stable water tightness and durability, making the insertion of tendons easy and ensuring reliable injection of anti-rust grease, thus excelling in workability. **Features** - Uses high corrosion-resistant and durable PC steel strands filled with epoxy resin on the surface and between each wire, in accordance with JIS G 3536. - Each boundary part is partitioned with 1 MPa water tightness, maintaining high corrosion resistance over a long period. - The boundary parts also possess 1 MPa water tightness, and by using a flow bond for the restrained length, high corrosion resistance is maintained for an extended period. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*
